Shantell is the founder of Press Start, a residential/ Commercial cleaning service based in the Houston Galleria. She has over 10 years of experience in Housekeeping 15 years of design and custom clothing/ items, development and deployment of human resource strategies. She has worked for top Industry-leading hotels and businesses. Based on her experience and training, she realized there was an opportunity to disrupt the residential/commercial cleaning industry by fundamentally transforming the employee experience resulting in an exceptional customer experience.
